We’re excited to welcome chef Luke Blown into the kitchen at The Lighthouse. Many will already know Luke from his acclaimed food and hospitality at The Bouverie Tap (Folkestone), and he’ll now be serving a brand new weekend menu here in Deal.
Expect stacked burgers, incredible fries, crispy chicken wings and a superb range of sauces – including a fiery Scotch Bonnet that’s already become a staff favourite.
There are great options for kids too, making it an ideal weekend stop for families.
