Thanks to everyone who came and we hope to see you all again. \nThis month we shared views on the classic To The Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf (recently voted one of the best 5 books of all time)\, The CIA Book Club by Charlie English (about sending books across the iron curtain as part of the cold war)\, the Booker Prize winning Flesh by David Szalay\, a reimaging of Huckleberry Finn\, James by Percival Elliot\, and The Names by Florence Knapp (how a name can affect identity\, memory and sense of belonging). \nThe Bookclub is a friendly\, informal community for anyone who enjoys a discussion on books over a drink with a wide group of people. \nIf you want to join us just read one of the titles below (or more than one if you have time) and come along and tell us what you think. We guarantee a warm welcome and some lively discussion.
