Here is a 200g glass jar of fresh, homemade kimchi, using my family recipe! Zingy, sour, spicy, with a slight smokiness from the unique Korean chilli, that will liven up any dish. It’s a slowly fermented chilli, napa cabbage, julienned carrots, spring onions, garlic and ginger to develop its’ delicious umami flavours. Like a fine wine, it just gets better with age plus packed with healthy live probiotics.
I’ve created two different kinds. One is the ‘classic-original-just-like-your-Korean-Omma’s’ kimchi (gluten-free)! Which is subtly seasoned with fish sauce for depth and flavour and the other is a banging vegan-gluten-free kimchi.
