Join us for the ‘Sunday Service’ early evening live music session featuring Steady Habits.

A flair for alt-country sounds and melodic pop-hooks, Steady Habits is centred around the lyrical narrative of Connecticut-Native, Sean C. Duggan. Cutting his teeth on tours across Europe and the US, Sean was part of the Folk/Americana duo Loud Mountains, a Clubhouse Records favourite.

Although the band’s stellar line-up of musician have proven they have a sound can blast it to the back of the room (Joe Coombs, Jamie Dawson, Cathy Ife), there’s heart and poignancy in Sean’s songwriting. But Steady Habits always seem to find beauty in retrospect. Even in their their most intimate settings, the band’s live shows culminate in feelings of joy.

Steady Habits has moved from strength to strength, performing in both the UK & Internationally, supporting touring artists such as Austin Lucas, Baskery, Native Harrow & Annie Keating. Kicking off 2023 showcase at the AMA UK Conference 2023, the band have performed at several high-profile festivals such as Truck Festival, Elderflower Fields, making a guest appearance at Black Deer festival and headlining the Buddy’s Bar stage at the Long Road Festival this Summer.

The band’s latest release, ‘I’d Rather Be Alone’ premiered on BBC Introducing earlier this Spring, showcasing ‘a heady cocktail that is hard to resist’ (W21 Music) and have previously aired on Baylen Leonard’s Front Porch (Absolute Radio) and on BBC Regional Channels including the Ralph Mclean Show. With their next release underway for 2024, the band are preparing for another busy year ahead of them.
