A BIG ‘Sunday Service’ late notice announcement …

Due to an act having to cancel this week, we have been trying to find some sounds for you to keep the ‘Sunday Service’ live music session rolling with minimal disruption.

Well, can now announce that two of the finest singer-songwriters have agreed to help us out and take to the stage this very Sunday.
Since both these acts are known to sell out ticketed shows here, around the country and beyond, then this makes this a very rare occurrence and we are thankful for having such good friends that are willing to getting on board at such late notice!
So, join us this Sunday at 6pm for a double-bill line-up of Will Varley and Jack Bowden!

Will Varley

Will Varley is a Kent-based singer-songwriter whose music combines vivid storytelling, emotional honesty and a distinctive streak of surrealism. His songs range from intimate reflections to sweeping narratives, earning praise from artists including Billy Bragg, Skin and Tim Minchin. One of his songs was recorded by The Pretty Things for their final studio album, while his own catalogue has amassed more than 30 million streams on Spotify. Varley continues to establish himself as one of Britain’s most compelling contemporary songwriters.

Jack Bowden

Jack Bowden is a singer-songwriter from Southeast Kent. His songs often contain humorous elements mixed with heart wrenching story telling. Jacks passion for lyric writing is very obvious throughout all of his songs, his ability to play with words in a unique yet reachable way is at the forefront of his music.
When performing live; he is equipped with a nylon string guitar that gives an almost Spanish feel to the set and an energy level that is unmatched. Cheeky yet heartfelt, you’ll be smiling throughout.
