After keeping us well fed with burgers over the summer, chef Luke Blown is taking over the kitchen for our new Sunday Roast season, serving up proper, hearty Sunday lunches throughout the autumn and winter.

This season’s menu includes slow-roast pork belly, roast chicken supreme, Kentish sirloin of beef and a handmade vegetarian pie, all served with roast potatoes, seasonal veg, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. And because Luke’s burgers proved so popular over the summer, he’s keeping a couple of favourites on the menu too, alongside a choice of starters and classic homemade desserts.

We want Sundays at The Lighthouse to be a great option for the whole family, with kids’ roast and burger meals available at half the adult price and plenty of other family-friendly choices.

And don’t forget the bar. As an independent free house, we offer a regularly changing selection of beers and ciders from independent producers, alongside a well-stocked range of wines, spirits, soft drinks and alcohol-free options.
