The Midnight Crawlers first formed almost ten years ago as a four-piece blues band playing Chicago-style blues. After various personnel changes and a pandemic that forced the band into hibernation for two years, ‘The Crawlers’ are back with an expanded line-up that, in addition to original members, Andy Lester and Phil Curry on guitars and vocals, Sean McGran on drums and Bryan Orwell on keyboards, features Sarah Sanderson on tenor sax, Jeannie Clarke on vocals and Clive Lonie on bass.

The new seven-piece band brings together musicians from the classical, folk and choral worlds, allowing the band to venture into new territory with more ambitious arrangements while at the same time retaining the main ingredient – the blues. Exciting times ahead!
