Local drunk Will Varley returns to The Lighthouse stage this Christmas, for a very special one night only band show, accompanied by in-house dream team David and James Hatton (Clustes of Eyes, Cocos Lovers, The Remains of Johnny Cash) and recent Kent adopter and long time compadre/collaborator Tom Farrer.

Along with a few choice special guests this fleeting ensemble will attempt to resurrect a host of obscure numbers from Varley’s forgotten back catalogue, in a night that will, if all goes to plan, be recorded and released as a bizarre yet strangely addictive live album. Expect an evening of precariously balanced microphones, enforced silence, and songs you don’t recognise. And perhaps a few mince pies for good measure.

Support on the night will come from acoustic hero and frequenter of The Lighthouse open mic, the one and only Ty Watling.
